Re-ACT Lab Institute, in partnership with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) – Prishtina Office, is issuing a call for offers for a service contract. We are seeking a qualified service provider to source respondents, collect data, and prepare the final dataset for our upcoming Survey on Child and Maternity Allowances in Kosovo.
About the Project
Since late 2021, Kosovo has significantly expanded its social protection system, introducing universal monthly child allowances and maternity allowances. This survey is a central part of a broader study analysing these schemes as a foundational development shaping Kosovo’s long-term welfare state trajectory. The survey will collect primary data on awareness, access, perceived impact, and future expectations among current recipients.
Scope of Work
The selected provider will be responsible for data collection and preparation only (no data analysis or reporting of results). Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing and screening respondents to meet specific demographic strata targets.
Programming identical CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and mobile-first CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing) versions of the provided questionnaire.
Delivering 1,000 completed responses across two target groups:
Group 1: New Mothers
Group 2: Parents receiving child allowance
Preparing and delivering the full cleaned dataset, codebook, and a final data collection report.
Key Details
Contract Value: Fixed lump sum of €5,000.00.
Data Collection Period: 15 December 2026 - 30 January 2027.
Eligibility: Must be a registered company in Kosovo with proven experience in conducting large-scale surveys (at least 3 surveys of 1,000+ respondents in the last 5 years using CATI/CAWI).
