Are you interested in contributing to meaningful research and policymaking in the Western Balkans? The Regional Action Lab (Re-ACT Lab) invites talented and motivated university students to join our internship program. Based in Prishtina, Kosovo, Re-ACT Lab is a forward-thinking research institute dedicated to advancing good governance, building resilient societies, and exploring the region’s role on the global stage.
This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in policy analysis and research, working alongside a team that addresses some of the region’s most pressing challenges. Our primary areas of research and policy analysis include:
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for students who:
Demonstrate strong academic performance.
Are fluent in English (proficiency in another major WB6 language is a plus).
Have excellent writing and analytical skills.
Are proficient in computer tools, especially using Google Working space.
Possess strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
What Will You Do?
As an intern, you will:
Assist the team in the day-to-day tasks.
Participate in research and policy analysis across our core focus areas.

Interns at Re-ACT Lab receive hands-on experience tailored to their interests and skills. You will work on long-term tasks aligned with your strengths while contributing to short-term projects that address our ongoing needs.
