Olsë Kajtazi is an economist currently pursuing her Master’s degree at the Barcelona School of Economics. She builds upon a solid academic foundation from the University of Prishtina, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a focus on macroeconomics and policy-making. This rigorous background is complemented by her proficiency in key analytical software, including Stata, Python, and R, which she uses to conduct sophisticated data visualization and empirical analysis.
Driven by an interest in political economy, Olsë’s research delves into the critical challenges facing modern economies, particularly through the lens of resilience and sustainable development. She explores pressing global issues such as the dynamics of foreign direct investment, the persistence of gender disparities, and the importance of institutional efficiency in fostering growth.
