Idea Peja

Idea Peja is a graduate of Social Work from the University of Prishtina, with a semester completed at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences in Groningen, Netherlands. Apart from her engagement at Re-ACT Lab, she also serves as a Co-Team Leader at Dukagjini Bookstore, where she manages daily operations and the staff. 

As a Civil Society activist, she gained significant experience through internships at several organizations in Kosovo. Most recently, she was part of USAID Kosovo’s Compete Activity contributing to projects aimed at community development and social impact. 

Apart from her love for books and dedication to encouraging a reading culture with everyone she meets, Idea has a strong commitment to improving societal well-being and fostering meaningful change.
